Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please email us at hi@byevie.com with your order details.
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to us. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order once it arrives.
If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you expected, contact us at hi@byevie.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please email us before sending it back.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures you receive your preferred piece without delay.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
