When your order ships
Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on where you are.
Checking your address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at hi@byevie.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email hi@byevie.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
